10oz A washed and double-fermented Sidra from Habitat Forest in Ecuador’s northern Sierra. Produced by Mario Andrade, this coffee comes from high-altitude Andean farmland originally intended to become a marble quarry before the family transformed it into a specialty coffee project. In the cup, expect a clean, balanced profile with delicate nutty notes, earthy spice, low acidity, medium body, and a smooth finish.
