Charged, never received the order. Contacted support to help and they have yet to reply. Hate to say it, this company comes off as a scam.

Hi Jacob,

I have to say, this is very disheartening.

You emailed us on November 5, 2026, at 10:37 AM to notify us of the issue with your order. I responded just nine minutes later, at 10:46 AM, explaining what had happened, sincerely apologizing for the delivery issue caused by FedEx, and assuring you that we would make it right.

Immediately after sending my response, I arranged for a replacement order to be shipped through a different courier to prevent this from happening again. I also sent you a separate confirmation email letting you know that your replacement was being prepared.

We understand how frustrating it is to have a package go missing, and we took your concern seriously from the moment you contacted us. We acted promptly, communicated with you, and did everything within our control to resolve the situation.

Reviews like this have a significant impact on small businesses like ours, especially when the full story and the steps taken to make things right are not reflected.

We truly care about our customers and take pride in our service. We simply ask that the full circumstances be considered, including the immediate response and replacement we provided.
